Romp’n’Play Dropwaist Duo:
the name shows the fun that is to make this pattern. I was looking for some
time for a pattern of a drop waist dress (20’s look) for my petit M. When Lydia of Little Kiwis Closet ask me to test this pattern with such an inviting name, how
could I refuse?
For start it has a lot of options to choose from: dress or romper (the shorts have the option for snap crotch for diapers), 3 types of sleeves (short, long or sleeveless) and with placard or plain back. I like patterns that covers a wide range of ages so I can give a good use in the coming years for my petit m or for my other petits C and L (nieces) and the Romp’n’Play goes from NB to 12 years.
Although we can use knit or woven or both
with this pattern, me and my petit
m, opted for a modern, fun, city look and we choose scuba
fabric and pleather. We really love
the final look and despite the weather on our city (Hello Autumn rain!) we take
some pictures indoor imagining we were out there in the big city!
It was such a fun!!!
This pdf pattern is a delightful
to do and it has lots of options so we can’t bored with him quickly. The best
part is that even a beginner
can do it. Give it a try! You can find the pdf pattern here!
